Tuition and Affordability

Napa Christian's goal is to be accessible to all students. Through a generous financial assistance program, we are committed to admitting the most qualified and capable students regardless of their economic situation. On this page you'll find information about our tuition, fees, payment structures, financial aid, and a few scholarships you may qualify for.
Tuition and Fees
Grade Yearly Tuition Registration Fee
Kindergarten $6503 $350
Grades 1 - 6 $6503 $400
Grades 7 - 8 $7320 $400
Grades 9 -12 $10,132 $450

Registration Fees
A non-refundable registration fee will be charged upon registration of the student. This fee covers student accident insurance, school yearbook, some supplies, as well as registration, processing, recording, and billing fees.

Application Fee
New Students: A non-refundable $50 application fee is due with each application.

Tuition Discounts (% of Tuition for each child)
Two (2) students attending from the same family: 5%
Three (3+) students attending from the same family: 10%

Lab Fees
High School students will be charged a lab fee for classes which use unique or consumable materials or computer programs specific to the class. This is generally the case for science labs, art classes, classes utilizing food, and courses which take place online with a yearly subscription. These fees will be outlined in your financial contract each year.

Smart Tuition Payment System
All families will need to register with Smart Tuition -- Fee will be paid by Napa Christian. All payments for student accounts will be paid through Smart Tuition.

All missed payments will be assessed $50 by Smart Tuition for the month that a payment is not made in full by the 15th of the month. If the second monthly payment is also not paid by the 15th of the month, parent(s) may be asked to meet with Principal, Treasurer or Finance Committee Chair to discuss financial arrangements or withdrawal of their student(s).

Any student with a prior year debt will not be allowed to register for the following school year, until the debt is paid in full.

Financial Aid

Tuition assistance is available for all eligible students. To apply, please download our Financial Aid Information Packet and follow the instructions within (link coming soon!).

Please note: The Financial Aid Application Deadline was June 1st, and we have already distributed aid for the 2017-2018 school year. If you are interested in applying for Financial Aid for the 2017-2018 school year and missed that deadline, please email to discuss your options. We are dedicated to making a Napa Christian Education possible for as many students as we can, so please reach out.

Church Aid
Church Aid is avaliable through each student’s local church. Requirements may vary from church to church. If you are a member of one of Napa Christian's constituent churches, please fill out this form and turn it in to your church office. 

If you are a member of a non-constituent SDA church or non-Adventist church and would like to seek tuition assistance from your church, please reach out to your pastor or church office.


Worthy Student Fund Scholarship
The Worthy Student fund is designed to help students with their tuition when they are unable to afford the full price of tuition. This fund helps many students each year and it could not continue without the generosity of those who contribute. The worthy student fund is a school sponsored discretionary fund.

If you would like to donate to the Worthy Student fund, please make checks payable to Napa Chrisitan and write Worthy Student on the memo line. If you would like further information about this fund, or to make a cash contribution, please feel free to call the school any time at 707.255.5233.

Student Work-Study Program
The student worker program is designed for students who are of at least 14 years of age. Students receiving financial aid will have the opportunity to apply for work at the school to help pay for the cost of their tuition. Jobs that may be available include: teacher's assistant, office assistant, light janitorial work, and basic maintenance and grounds work.

Fred L. Baybarz & Carolyn Baybarz Scholarship  -- 1st-8th Grades
The Baybarz scholarship has been established in an effort to find, challenge and prepare potential, dynamic lay or employed leaders for the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Its purpose is to give challenge grants to worthy students enrolled in a Seventh-day Adventist school.

Pacific Union Endowment -- 9th-12th Grades
The Pacific Union Education Endowment has been established to help students meet their educational goals. Its purpose is to find sutdens passionate about serving Jesus, who will earn a part of their expenses and need finacial help.
