We understand that choosing where your children will go to school is one of the most important decisions and investments that you will make. We also understand there are a lot of considerations that families must make when choosing a private school, beyond culture and academics.
We are determined to help make Napa Christian as accessible to all families as possible. If you're interested in your children attending, and aren't sure about finances, please contact our Business Office to discuss possibilities.

Financial Aid:
Funding for Napa Christian's financial aid program comes in part from the generosity of our community and other individuals/organizations who wish to support our families. Last year we provided over $150,000 in tuition assistance for eligible students. Financial Aid for the 2024-25 school year has been filled, however, please feel free to apply here Admissions@napachristian.com. If you qualify, we will put you on a waiting list.
In order for us to allocate financial assistance resources wisely and fairly, we have enlisted the help of FACTS Tuition Management Company. FACTS does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give. Instead, FACTS provides a needs-based financial aid analysis, which includes recommendations on what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition. Applications are submitted directly to FACTS through a FACTS Grant & Aid profile created by the parents. All information administered by FACTS is kept confidential.

Scholarships:
SDA (Seventh-day Adventist) Scholarships: There are scholarships available to members of the Seventh-day Adventist church through the Northern California Conference and the Pacific Union Conference. Please stay tuned for information about these scholarships. We will provide the link to apply as soon as it's available.
The BASIC Fund (Bay Area Scholarships for Inner-City Children) is a privately-funded program whose mission is to help low-income families afford tuition at private schools in the Bay Area. The program is available to students entering Kindergarten through eighth grade to attend private schools in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma Counties. BASIC Fund scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial need, and the child must be entering private school for the first time.
FACTS Tuition Management
All families must register with FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS registration information will be provided separately. All missed payments will be assessed a $25 late fee the month that a payment is not made in full by the due date. If a second payment is also not paid by the due date, parent(s) will be asked to meet with the school to discuss financial arrangements and/or withdrawal of their students. Any student with a debt from the prior school year will NOT be allowed to register for the following school year – until the debt is paid in full.
